COVID-19 Information

As we all continue to navigate through this incredibly difficult time, the entire tour and travel community is working together to get students back to the life changing experiences of traveling just as soon as it is safe. Travel as we know and loved came to a screeching halt last March. Schools closed. Offices closed. Toilet paper became the thing to have (apparently) and travel plans were abruptly cancelled. The hopes and dreams of students were quickly dashed and the excitement and anticipation of going on a school trip turned to tears and frustration. It was heartbreaking for everyone involved. Students had worked so hard and put so much time and effort into making plans to make a lifetime of memories. We, at Travelogs International, also had worked hard to put trips into action and were hoping to make those dreams of extending classrooms a reality. Once everything was cancelled, we tried to help as best as we could in processing the thousands of refunds in a timely fashion, which we knew would alleviate the financial stress so many people encountered.

We all know it will take some time for things to open up again - we know this! In order for everyone to return to traveling and to be able to give students the experience of seeing parts of the world, it will take some time. As we all hope and wait, please be assured that Travelogs International WILL BE READY to help with future trips for you. Like you, we believe in the value of travel in enhancing the minds of students and we are honored to assist you in furthering your plans.

This pandemic is not the 'end of the road' and we will travel again. Travelogs will continue to work tirelessly to make a difference in students' lives. As a locally owned and operated company entrenched in the western New York community for over 35 years, we truly feel the necessity to be able to provide the value of student travel that is expected from us. Whenever it is safe, I hope you continue to think of Travelogs so that we can continue this journey together.

Although our physical office remains closed, Travelogs employees are working remotely and are there for you should you be interested in future trip planning. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we all navigate this unprecedented time.
